Questions
01Will it make things up?
It answers only from the documents we load and shows the source next to the answer. When your documents do not cover the question it says so and passes the person to a colleague instead of guessing. We measure that on a fixed set of test questions before launch.
02Where does our data go?
Nowhere we control. Your documents and your conversations sit in your own accounts, in your cloud or on your hardware. Nothing is routed through us. For regulated data we put the model on your own servers instead.
03Which model does it use?
Whichever fits the task and the budget: we price the same task across Claude, GPT and Gemini in the cost calculator and pick with you. The assistant is built so the model can be swapped later without rewriting it.
04How is success measured?
Three numbers: how many conversations end without a person, how often the answers are right on the test set and how long a customer waits for the first reply. We measure all three before launch and report them monthly.
05How much does an AI chatbot cost and when is it live?
From $1,500 fixed, live on the first channel in 1-2 weeks. The price covers loading your documents, a test set of questions with sources, launch on your website, Telegram or WhatsApp and three months of fixes. Model usage is billed by the vendor at published prices, usually tens of dollars a month for a small business.
06Can it answer in Russian and English?
Yes, and in most European languages, in the language the customer writes in. We build it bilingual by default and test both languages against the same question set before launch, so a Russian-speaking customer and an English-speaking one get the same answer.
