A.

AI workflow automation means an AI system does the repetitive manual work in your processes on its own. A&M Flow designs and launches these systems for specific jobs such as document processing, lead qualification, customer support and reporting, so your team spends its time on work that needs a person.

A.

From 1-2 weeks for most projects, from first call to a working system you actually use. We don't do the 3-month-PoC-then-3-month-MVP routine. If something is genuinely larger, we'll tell you up front and we'll either split it into chunks from 1-2 weeks each or pass on the project. Either way, you know the timeline before you commit.

A.

No. A&M Flow uses AI to take repetitive, low-value tasks off your team so people can focus on work that needs human judgment. Every integration runs alongside your existing systems with minimal disruption.

A.

Fixed price, quoted up front, before anything starts. After the 30-minute call we send one number for one scope, covering what you pay, what we deliver and by when. There is no hourly billing. On the call itself we give you the likely range.

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We work inside your infrastructure with the access scope you set, usually a single service account limited to what the system needs. GDPR-compliant by design. Your business data is never used to train models and is never shared with third parties.

A.

If something breaks after launch, you write to us and we fix it. That's included for the first three months. After that you can stay on a small monthly plan, or just call us when something changes in your business and we adjust. Either way, the system is yours, the code is yours and you can walk away whenever you want.

Yes, before we look at anything sensitive. We send a one-page mutual NDA before the first call if you'd like, or right after it. We've never refused one, and we've never charged for one.

A.

You do. From the first commit. We deliver the code into your repo (or a fresh one you own), with deploy access in your own accounts. If you stop working with us tomorrow, the system keeps running and any developer can pick it up.

A.

Yes, and it's how most of our projects run. We slot into your stack (Slack/Linear/GitHub, whatever you use), follow your code review process and write to your conventions. Your engineers stay the owners; we're the extra pair of hands that knows AI.

A.

Remote by default. We're EU-based and most of our work is async. For sensitive on-prem setups or workshops we travel. The first call is always remote and free.

A.

Whatever your customers and team actually use. Modern models handle English, Russian, the major European languages and most Asian ones at production quality. We design every system bilingual-first by default because we live in EN and RU ourselves.

A.

We'll say so on the first call. We've turned down work that didn't need AI. A $200 Zapier flow has no use for an LLM, and we'll tell you so. You walk away with a clearer picture either way.

From $1,500 with us for a chatbot that answers from your price list and documents on your website, Telegram or WhatsApp, live in 1-2 weeks. Support automation and workflow projects start at $2,000, a private LLM on your own server from $8,000. Every price is fixed before the start and listed on the service page.

Yes. We are a Russian- and English-speaking team based in the EU, and our clients are small businesses in Latvia, Poland and across the European Union. Calls, documents and the system itself can be in Russian, English or both, and the data stays in EU accounts under GDPR.

A.

The task that repeats every day and follows a clear rule. Answering the same customer questions, booking, invoice entry, CRM updates after calls. These take 1-2 weeks, cost $1,500 to $2,000 and pay back fastest. A good test is a task that eats more than five hours a week of one person's time.

It is when it is built that way. Your data stays in your own accounts in EU regions, the model never trains on it, customers see what the bot does with their messages and the conversation log is yours to keep or delete. We write that into the scope, and for sensitive data we set the system up on your own server so nothing leaves your network.

A.

A chatbot with buttons follows a fixed menu and fails on anything outside it. An AI chatbot reads the question, finds the answer in your documents and replies in plain language in the customer's own language, and hands over to a person when it is not sure. How many repeat questions it closes depends on your documents, so we measure it against a fixed test set before launch.

A.

Two lines, both known up front. Our fixed build price, paid once. And the model usage, paid by you directly to the vendor at published prices, usually a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month for a small business. Three months of fixes are included, after that a small monthly plan is optional.
